What will I be responsible for?

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will test, maintain, and repair complex calf feeding and dairy machinery. The role requires you to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, resolve issues efficiently, and support the installation and startup of equipment on farms. You'll be traveling to job sites to assist with troubleshooting and provide on-site support when needed.

What is the work schedule like for this role?

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position.

Will the hours vary from week to week?

Yes, the hours may vary depending on the workload. Some weeks could involve extended hours or additional flexibility.

Will travel be required?

Yes, once trained, you will occasionally travel to dairy farms for equipment installations or troubleshooting.

What We're Looking For

A background in electro-mechanical or technical roles.
Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex machinery.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed for job site support.
Good communication skills to work effectively with our team and clients.
Must be based in Northeast Wisconsin
